Mission
Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.
In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.
Role Purpose
A brand strategy is only real once it's built, made and shipped. This role is about building that: the creative system, the content, the craft that makes Neko's brand tangible everywhere it appears.
As Brand Creative Director, you'll own the creative expression of Neko's brand: the visual identity system, copy, video and content craft, translated consistently and coherently across every channel.
You'll partner with our Brand Strategy, who set the strategy, positioning and narrative, while you build the team, the creative system, its expression and the production engine that makes it real, at a craft bar worthy of Neko.
You'll report to the Head of Creative, lead the Brand Creative Studio, and work closely with Brand Strategy, Marketing & Comms, and the Architecture and Product Design studios across Creative.
What You'll Deliver in the First 3–6 Months

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
