We’re looking for someone who can make people feel something when they hear the name Fireflies.
Someone who understands why certain brands become part of culture while others become interchangeable. Someone who can take an ordinary product truth and turn it into a story people remember. Someone with the taste to know when an idea is special, the conviction to champion it, and the craft to bring it to life.
Fireflies started by taking notes in meetings. We’re becoming something much bigger: an AI teammate that can capture what happens across your work, organize what matters, and help get the work done.
The brand needs to make that transformation feel human.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Shape the creative direction and emotional identity of the Fireflies brand.
- Develop big creative ideas for campaigns across film, social, OOH, digital, events, partnerships, and more.
- Turn human truths about work into stories, films, visuals, headlines, and experiences people remember.
- Help build distinctive brand codes, language, visual worlds, characters, and creative concepts that become unmistakably Fireflies.
- Take ideas from concept → narrative → creative direction → production → launch.
- Work closely with designers, writers, product marketers, founders, and growth teams to bring ideas to life.
- Brief and collaborate with photographers, filmmakers, directors, agencies, creators, and other creative partners.
- Raise the bar for the quality and consistency of everything Fireflies puts into the world.
- Look beyond SaaS for inspiration — from fashion and entertainment to sports, design, music, art, and internet culture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years building brands, campaigns, or creative work that people remember.
- Experience in fashion, consumer, entertainment, media, sports, hospitality, advertising, creative agencies, or technology — we’re open to different backgrounds.
