Position: Brand & Creative Strategy Expert — Executive Presentation Review
Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $150–$350/hour
Location: Remote
About the Opportunity
This opportunity is for experienced Brand and Creative Strategy Experts interested in contributing to advanced AI research and evaluation projects. You'll apply your expertise in brand strategy, creative direction, presentation design, and client-facing communication to review and enhance executive-level presentations while helping train next-generation AI systems. Your work will contribute to improving how AI models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world professional input. No prior AI experience is required — your domain expertise and professional judgment are what matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconstruct client business slides from images using Microsoft PowerPoint, enhancing clarity, structure, and visual impact.
- Improve slide composition, visual storytelling, data visualization, and messaging flow for executive and client-facing audiences.
- Edit and refine content to strengthen message hierarchy, action titles, narrative clarity, and overall communication.
- Document all slide changes in a detailed change log, explaining the rationale behind each decision.
- Clearly explain and defend decisions to retain specific elements of the original presentation.
- Critically evaluate each slide while balancing design best practices, strategic intent, and original content context.
- Assess the effectiveness of visual and written communication across executive-level materials.
- Deliver each reviewed and enhanced slide, along with the corresponding change log, within 1–2 hours per assignment.
- Collaborate asynchronously to deliver high-quality, well-organized presentation materials aligned with project requirements.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience at a recognized advertising agency, holding company, brand consultancy, or in-house brand or marketing team at a major brand or technology company.
- Proven hands-on experience creating client-facing or executive presentations, including new business pitches, campaign reviews, or strategic brand decks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, slide reconstruction, and presentation design.
- Strong expertise in visual storytelling, data visualization, and strategic presentation development.
- Excellent written communication and content editing skills.
- Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to provide clear, structured, and defensible reasoning for both changes made and decisions to preserve original content.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, hourly engagement.

Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Brand Strategy, Creative Strategy, Marketing, Advertising, Consulting, Sales, or Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
- Experience developing executive presentations, strategic brand decks, campaign reviews, or client-facing business materials.
- Experience translating complex business information and data into compelling, visually engaging presentations.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and narrative development.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, clients, or multidisciplinary creative and business teams.
- Previous experience with AI evaluation, quality assurance, content review, or model training is a plus.
- Experience providing detailed feedback supported by clear strategic and creative rationale.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation of $150–$350/hour.
- Independent contractor engagement.
- Flexible, project-based work.
- Each assignment is expected to be completed within 1–2 hours, depending on project requirements.
