Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you will do

  • Partnership strategy & sourcing: Identify and prioritize potential local and cross-industry brand partners for UK, whose audience and positioning align with Joybuy's growth objectives.
  • Deal structuring & negotiation: Lead end-to-end negotiation of partnership terms, including co-marketing packages and mutually beneficial value exchanges.
  • Campaign execution: Work cross-functionally with Brand mkt, and internally with campaign, social marketing and performance mkt to design and deliver co-branded campaigns, activations, and content that raise Joybuy's local relevance and awareness.
  • Cross-industry collaborations: Explore non-traditional partnership formats (e.g. co-branded products, event sponsorships, influencer/creator tie-ins, loyalty cross-promotions) to extend Joybuy's reach beyond its existing customer base.
  • Performance tracking: Define success metrics for each partnership (awareness, reach, GMV uplift, new customer acquisition, halo effect), track results, and report on ROI to inform future investment decisions.
  • Market intelligence: Monitor competitor and industry partnership activity to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the UK market.

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, marketing, or a related commercial role, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands.

  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with external brand partners at varying seniority levels.
  • Strong project management skills, able to run multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable defining KPIs and evaluating campaign/partnership performance.
  • Familiarity with the UK local market and consumer landscape is highly desirable.
