Role Overview

This role focuses on leading brand strategy and execution for the Belgian market over a one-year engagement. The successful candidate will drive strategic brand positioning, oversee point-of-sale activation, and manage social media initiatives tailored to the region. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility while requiring a deep understanding of the Belgian consumer landscape and fluency in French, Flemish, and English. The ideal professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and impactful market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies for the Belgian market
  • Lead point-of-sale activation campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Manage and optimize social media initiatives across relevant platforms
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform brand positioning
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to maximize impact
  • Prepare regular reports on brand performance and market feedback

Skills And Requirements

  • Belgian citizenship required
  • Fluency in French, Flemish, and English
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the Belgian or European markets
  • Strong understanding of strategic brand positioning and activation
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media management and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends
