Major Players is hiring for a Mid-to-Senior Creative Brand Designer / Design Lead for a sustainable athletic brand in London.
This is a full-time hire, working closely with the Creative Director and reporting into the brand's project lead. The brand is a B-Corp mission-driven small brand with a bold, distinctive point of view.
Typical Responsibilities
- Designing paid social assets as the primary focus, plus organic social graphic treatments
- Campaign creative across channels
- Email design, working within Klaviyo
- Website design work, within a modular Shopify build
- Product packaging and print collateral, including PR boxes
- Taking a brief and elevating it rather than simply executing
- Working with a good understanding of platform and production constraints

Required Skills
- 4+ years' design experience at midweight to senior level
- Strong Adobe Suite skills across the full range of outputs above
- A creative eye with art direction instinct, able to interpret a brief and offer an opinion, not just replicate a reference
- Understanding of digital production realities: what's realistic to build, and why
- Comfortable working with autonomy and light direction

Ideal Experience
- A connection to athletics, personally or professionally
- Experience in small teams and environments with fast-turnaround
- UX/UI experience, motion and animations are nice-to-haves
