Application Deadline: 29 October 2026

Department: Brand

Location: London

Description

Disturbia is an independent alternative fashion brand creating clothing and experiences for a global community drawn to the unconventional. Our visual identity is distinctive, culturally aware and always evolving.

The Role

As the third Graphic Designer in the team, you will focus on the strategic, concept-led projects that build Disturbia's brand impression and identity. Rather than owning business-as-usual design requests, you will partner closely with the Brand team to originate ideas and turn them into memorable customer-facing experiences across social, packaging, PR, activations and evolving brand identities. You will take projects from early thinking through to final production.

We will only review applications that have relevant portfolio attached / website links attached.

Key Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the Brand team to develop original creative concepts that strengthen Disturbia's identity and customer perception.
  • Lead strategic design projects, including campaign identities, loyalty concepts, PR mailers, packaging and branded customer touchpoints.
  • Create distinctive social-first graphics and culturally relevant creative that builds brand recognition and audience connection.
  • Translate brand strategy and creative direction into clear visual systems, design routes and polished executions.
  • Own projects from initial research and concept development through stakeholder sign-off, artwork, production and ordering.
  • Develop creative assets for physical brand activations, including event graphics, signage, vinyls and campaign materials.
  • Bring cultural, fashion and design references into creative conversations, exploring new formats while protecting brand consistency.
  • Support the Print team on selected projects through graphic development, illustration or visual concepting when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • At least three years' experience in a graphic design, brand design or creative role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or culture.
  • A strong portfolio showing concept development, brand identity, campaigns, packaging and social creative, not only finished assets.
  • Excellent typography, layout, composition and visual identity skills, with a sharp eye for distinctive brand details.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Ability to turn a strategic objective or open brief into an original creative idea and a coherent visual solution.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary culture, social behaviour and how brands build meaningful audience connection.
  • Confidence presenting creative thinking, constructively challenging ideas and working in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage several projects from concept through to production-ready artwork.

The Ideal Person

  • A conceptual thinker who starts with the idea and purpose before moving into execution.
  • Culturally curious and inspired by art, music, literature, fashion and subculture rather than short-lived trends.
  • Strategic and commercially aware, understanding how design shapes brand perception and customer experience.
  • Proactive and self-directed, comfortable creating momentum from an open brief or early-stage opportunity.
  • A generous collaborator who enjoys building ideas with Brand, Marketing, Print and other creative partners.
  • Confident sharing a point of view, while responding thoughtfully to feedback and evolving the work.
  • Hands-on and delivery-minded, with the craft and attention to detail to bring ambitious ideas to life.
  • Genuinely connected to Disturbia's world, audience and ambition to become the leading global alternative fashion brand.
