As part of the Global Brand & Creative Team, the Brand Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual communications across print, digital, video and campaign channels.
This is a broad creative role combining traditional graphic design expertise with modern motion, video and AI-enabled content creation. The successful candidate will help shape and evolve the Klipboard brand globally, creating everything from campaign concepts and sales collateral through to social content, video assets, presentations and event graphics.
We are looking for a highly creative designer with excellent visual craft, a strong understanding of brand systems and typography, and the ability to bring ideas to life across both static and moving media. While strong video and motion capabilities are essential, this remains fundamentally a design role, with the majority of work focused on creating impactful brand and marketing assets across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Graphic Design
- Create high-quality visual assets across print and digital channels.
- Design campaign identities and creative concepts.
- Produce brochures, datasheets, presentations, eBooks, infographics and sales collateral.
- Create exhibition, event and environmental graphics.
- Design social media campaigns and digital advertising assets.
- Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all outputs.
- Support the ongoing development and evolution of the Klipboard brand.

Campaign Creative
- Translate marketing briefs into compelling creative solutions.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers and stakeholders to develop integrated campaign assets.
- Create supporting visual content for global and regional marketing initiatives.
- Develop creative systems that can be scaled across multiple regions and business units.
Motion Graphics & Video
- Create motion graphics and animated assets for campaigns and digital channels.
- Edit video content for marketing, social, internal communications and events.
- Produce animated explainers, promotional content and branded video assets.
- Create engaging motion content that enhances campaign performance and audience engagement.
AI-Enhanced Creative Production
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate concept generation, asset creation and production workflows.
- Use generative AI tools responsibly while maintaining high creative standards.
- Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for adoption within the creative team.
- Support the development of AI-assisted creative workflows and best practices.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
Design & Brand
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in graphic design and brand application.
- Proven experience working within an in-house creative team or agency environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- Strong understanding of:
- Typography
- Layout
- Composition
- Colour theory
- Visual hierarchy
- Brand systems
- Experience creating assets across both print and digital channels.
- Ability to develop creative concepts from brief through to final execution.
Motion & Video
- Strong proficiency in After Effects.
- Experience creating motion graphics and animations.
- Experience editing video content using Premiere Pro.
- Understanding of motion design principles and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create engaging content for social and digital platforms.
AI & Modern Creative Workflows
- Demonstrable experience using AI tools within a professional creative environment.
- Experience with tools such as:
- Adobe Firefly
- Midjourney
- Ideogram
- Runway
- Veo
- ChatGPT / Copilot
- Understanding of how AI can improve efficiency while maintaining creative quality and brand standards.

Desirable Skills
- Photography or videography experience.
- Experience creating content for employer branding and internal communications.
- Basic illustration skills.
- Experience working within SaaS, software or B2B organisations.
