We are seeking an experienced, proactive Brand Designer for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave.

Joining our in-house creative team, you’ll step into a role to shape our visual identity across every customer touchpoint. You will translate business objectives, retail trends, and commercial data into high-impact visuals that resonate with our target audience, driving brand loyalty and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quickly absorb existing brand guidelines, work on active project briefs, and team workflows to maintain creative momentum.
  • Deliver high-quality visual assets across all customer touchpoints (print and digital) for marketing campaigns and events (60+) for 2027.
  • Liaise with stakeholders from multiple business functions, including event collateral and stand concepts, and work closely with Property to create, develop, and approve creative for both external and in-store.
  • Present concepts confidently to internal stakeholders, explaining design rationale.
  • Review creative and assign projects to Brand Advisors and Freelance Designers, providing constructive feedback and mentorship.
  • Serve as a lead creative point of contact, ensuring all incoming design requests are prioritized and completed on schedule. Experience using Trello would be beneficial.
  • Manage existing relationships with internal marketing teams, external printers, and agencies.

About You

Core requirements

  • 5-7+ years of senior-level design experience, ideally with previous in-house, studio, or retail roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
  • Proven ability to onboard quickly and work with a team and independently when required.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills to handle a pre-existing workload and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Knowledge of Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is desirable.
