We’re looking for a talented Brand Designer

To join our creative team and help shape beautiful, distinctive work across the worlds of beauty, wellness, lifestyle and hospitality.

This is a hands-on role

For someone with experience working with high-end and premium brands, across agency/studio and/or in-house environments. You’ll have excellent creative judgement, a highly refined eye and the ability to take a brand from an initial idea through to beautifully executed work across multiple touchpoints.

You’ll be as comfortable developing a visual identity or campaign as you are designing a digital experience, editing a film, creating motion or art directing imagery.

The role

  • Develop creative concepts and design across brand, digital, social, campaigns, editorial, print and presentations.
  • Evolve and maintain brand identities, ensuring a high level of consistency, clarity and craft across every touchpoint.
  • Work confidently in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Create motion graphics, animations and video content, with strong skills in video editing and an understanding of pacing, storytelling and sound.
  • Develop and art direct imagery, photography and visual worlds, with a strong understanding of composition, styling and image-making.
  • Experiment with AI and emerging creative tools to explore concepts, develop imagery and find new ways of working.
  • Present creative work clearly and confidently, articulating the thinking behind your design decisions.
  • Take feedback positively, iterate quickly and know how to improve an idea without losing its essence.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively and delivering work to a high standard within deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, marketing and production teams, as well as external photographers, filmmakers, illustrators and other creative partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
