About Oddbox

As much as 2.5 billion tonnes of food are wasted globally every year – which plays a big part in the climate crisis. We’re on a mission to change that, with rescued fruit and veg from hard-working growers as well as plastic-free ingredients and brands that do good for the planet.

With fruit, veg and more delivered right to your door, we’re working towards a fairer food system - one where growers are supported and paid fairly, where produce doesn’t have to look ‘perfect’ and, most importantly, a food system where we never waste taste. No more unnecessary air miles or plastic - just delicious food that fights waste with every box.

The Role

As our Brand Designer, you’ll bring the Oddbox brand to life through creative, engaging and impactful design. From digital campaigns to packaging, you’ll shape how Oddbox looks and feels across every touchpoint. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to craft visual stories that delight, provoke and empower while strengthening our mission to tackle food waste.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
