Job Overview
We’re seeking a strategic and visionary Brand Designer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key architect of our visual identity—defining and evolving the aesthetic systems that communicate the Ledge lifestyle to a global audience.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundational visual architecture that enables us to tell the Ledge story consistently and beautifully across every touchpoint. You will operationalize our creative vision, ensuring our brand remains modern, premium, and the undisputed leader in in-pool outdoor living.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish Our Visual Foundation. Lead the evolution of our brand identity, maintaining and expanding a cohesive system of typography, color, and layout standards that reflect our premium positioning
- Architect Our Brand System. Develop and implement comprehensive brand guidelines and style guides to ensure a unified visual language across digital, print, and experiential channels
- Champion Brand Consistency. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and content teams to provide creative direction and ensure visual integrity across all touchpoints
- Optimize Workflow & Efficiency. Create scalable design templates and systems that enable the broader team to produce high-quality materials while maintaining brand standards
- Embrace Innovation. Contribute to creative and strategic discussions, bringing forward new ideas and staying ahead of design trends to keep Ledge at the forefront of the outdoor lifestyle category
- Operationalize Excellence. Execute high-impact design work from concept through final delivery, ensuring assets support both creative quality and business objectives

What Success Looks Like
- The Ledge brand is expressed through a clear, cohesive, and elevated visual identity across all channels and touchpoints
- The role actively elevates the current look and feel of creative content, continuously refining and enhancing the brand’s visual expression to reflect a modern, premium standard
- Brand standards are well-defined, documented, and consistently applied, reducing inconsistencies and rework across teams
- Design deliverables are completed with high quality and on time, meeting established turnaround expectations according to our internal SLAs.
- Cross-functional partners are highly aligned and supported, with strong satisfaction across marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams
- Campaigns are launched with creative assets delivered on time and ready for execution, supporting business timelines and revenue-driving initiatives
- Creative output contributes to strong engagement and performance outcomes over time, helping elevate the brand and drive measurable impact
- The brand continues to evolve thoughtfully, incorporating new ideas while maintaining a strong and recognizable identity

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in brand design or identity systems, with a portfolio showcasing a sophisticated eye for layout, typography, and premium brand building.
- A strong ability to translate high-level brand strategy and business objectives into actionable, compelling visual systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs that align with a luxury aesthetic.
- Experience working effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional creative, marketing, and product teams to bring a vision to life.
- Experience with premium lifestyle, design, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. Familiarity with high-end photography art direction or motion graphics is a plus.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with digital design tools like Figma. An understanding of print production and digital best practices is essential.

Salary Description
$75,000 - $95,000
