Job Description
This role is focused on developing distinctive brand identity systems for venture capital firms and high-growth technology startups. You will define and execute the visual language for each client, ensuring consistency and impact across digital and physical touchpoints. The position requires a strategic approach to brand building, from initial concept through to delivery across web, motion, and customer-facing assets. You will collaborate closely with founders and executive teams, presenting creative solutions that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Deliverables
- Develop comprehensive brand identity systems, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual guidelines
- Create and implement visual language and art direction across digital and print channels
- Design responsive web experiences and collaborate on motion and micro-interaction assets
- Produce cross-channel brand assets for marketing, product, and customer engagement
- Present creative concepts and final deliverables to stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional brand design experience, with a strong portfolio of original identity systems
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Framer
- Demonstrated experience in motion design and micro-interactions
- Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence presenting to founders and executive teams
- Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with technology startups or venture capital clients is highly desirable
