Location: DMGT HQ - High Street Kensington, London

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity in Mail Metro Media for a commercially-minded creative to support the sales, marketing and insight teams with their design needs as a Brand Designer. This is a fast-paced role, where you will help bring ideas to life, whether that be a partnership strategy response, an insight narrative or event branding.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with supporting the sales, marketing and insight teams design needs
  • Work in partnership with other designers, sales, marketing and insight teams to produce materials that appeal to clients and agencies
  • Produce supporting user journey visuals for pitch presentations
  • Be the main point of contact for the New Media Team
  • Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments
  • Meet project deadlines whilst ensuring that all work is produced to a high standard

Person Specification

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial/marketing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects
  • A good knowledge of print and digital media
  • Able to respond well to direction, or lack of direction in some instances, under pressure and within short-time scales
  • Excellent general design skills and a good eye for details
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work in a team, but also on own initiative with a flexible attitude
  • Able to bring commercial proposals to life through the development of client-focused mock-ups
  • Good understanding of the online marketplace
  • Keen to learn more and develop your design skills
