About Us:

Hi there 👋 We're Wild. We set out to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom and ended up building one of the fastest-growing personal care brands in Europe. Our refillable, natural deodorant is now in millions of hands, our cases are collected like accessories, and our collaborations - from Disney to seasonal scent drops - keep the brand fresh, playful and impossible to ignore. Now part of the Unilever family, we have the backing to go global while keeping the pace, ambition and mischief of a start-up.

The Role

You will lead on brand globally for the business. Reporting to the CMO, you will own how Wild looks, sounds and feels everywhere it shows up in the world - from a TikTok comment to a Tesco end-cap to a Disney licensed range.

You will lead two teams. The Brand team covers social, licensing and the overall perception of the brand: our tone of voice, our identity, and consistency across every channel and market. The Creative team produces the work itself. A core part of this role is bringing these two teams closer together - one brand engine, not two departments - and making sure they collaborate brilliantly with the rest of marketing.

The brief is a balancing act. Wild is growing: more markets, more categories, more scrutiny. Your job is to mature the brand - sharper systems, higher craft, global consistency - without sanding off what made it work. Wild should always feel exciting, unpredictable and entrepreneurial, and always be instantly recognisable as Wild.

🚀 What you'll do

  • Own the global brand strategy, identity and tone of voice, and be the final word on how Wild shows up across every channel, market and partner.
  • Lead and develop the Brand team across social, licensing and brand management, setting a clear vision and high standards.
  • Lead the Creative team, raising the craft of the output while protecting the speed and volume a social-first brand demands.
  • Integrate Brand and Creative into a single, well-oiled unit - shared priorities, shared processes, no silos - and ensure both work seamlessly with growth, retail and product teams.
  • Own our licensing partnerships, ensuring licensed ranges build the brand rather than dilute it.
  • Build the systems, guidelines and governance that keep a fast-growing global brand consistent - without turning it into a brand police state.
  • Champion big, distinctive brand moments: campaigns, collaborations and stunts that earn attention and keep Wild unpredictable.
  • Set and track the measures of brand health globally, and report on them at senior level.
  • Act as a senior voice in the marketing leadership team, deputising for the CMO on brand matters where needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
