Role Overview
The Brand Director will define and lead the overall brand vision and creative direction of OMNES, ensuring a consistent, compelling and commercially effective brand across all touch points.
This role sits at the intersection of creative, marketing, product and customer experience - responsible for setting the strategic direction of the brand and translating it into clear, actionable outputs across the business.
You will work closely with the Founder/CEO, elevating OMNES into a category-defining contemporary brand in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Own and evolve OMNES’ brand positioning, identity and narrative
- Define seasonal and annual brand direction aligned with business goals
- Ensure clarity and consistency across all channels (e-commerce, retail, wholesale, PR)
- Lead brand storytelling, ensuring a distinctive and ownable voice

Creative Direction
- Set the creative vision for all campaigns, content and brand assets
- Oversee photoshoots, campaign development and content production
- Approve all major creative outputs (site, social, retail, paid media, PR)
- Build a clear and elevated visual identity that differentiates OMNES
Customer & Channel Experience
- Ensure a cohesive brand experience across website, retail stores, packaging, and customer communications
- Work closely with e-commerce and retail teams to elevate brand presentation
Product & Merchandising Alignment
- Partner with Design and Buying to ensure product aligns with brand vision
- Influence product direction based on brand positioning and customer insight
- Ensure collections support key brand narratives and campaigns
Brand Performance & Growth
- Define key brand KPIs (awareness, engagement, brand equity)
- Balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial performance
- Support international expansion with a clear and scalable brand framework

Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Brand Director or senior brand/creative leader in a fashion or lifestyle brand
- Strong creative instinct with a commercial mindset
- Experience building and scaling a contemporary fashion brand
- Deep understanding of brand building across digital, retail and wholesale
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-growth environment
