About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Brand Editor to shape and protect the verbal identity of Moss across every customer and colleague touchpoint, with a particular focus on delivering a consistent and engaging brand voice across our digital and retail experience.

This is a senior editorial role responsible for bringing the Moss brand to life through compelling storytelling, consistent messaging, and best-in-class copy across digital platforms, e-commerce, CRM, marketing campaigns, retail communications, internal communications and print materials.

Working closely with teams across Creative, Buying, Marketing, HR, Learning & Development, E-commerce, Customer Service and Retail Operations, you will ensure our tone of voice is delivered with clarity, creativity and commercial impact. You will also play a key role in shaping content that supports customer engagement, enhances the online customer journey, and aligns with evolving SEO and digital marketing best practices.

As the brand's editorial guardian, you will lead content direction, develop brand narratives, and ensure every piece of communication reflects Moss's positioning as a modern menswear and styling destination, driving consistency across all channels and platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as the guardian of the Moss verbal identity, serving as the first point of contact and final sign-off for brand copy and messaging.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business to embed our tone of voice and enhance customer experience, brand positioning and commercial performance.
  • Leading and directing internal and external communications to ensure consistency and authority across all channels.
  • Guiding content owners on how best to tell stories across their platforms, aligning messaging with the brand's visual strategy and the wider menswear landscape.
  • Managing and developing the Copywriter and Brand Communications Writer, ensuring the delivery of high-quality editorial content.
  • Creating language frameworks and campaign narratives that shape marketing activity and customer engagement.
  • Working closely with E-commerce and Customer Service teams to enhance the customer journey through effective content and copy.
  • Championing great writing across the business and supporting colleagues to confidently deliver impactful communications.
  • Reviewing, editing and refining copy to ensure consistency, accuracy and alignment with the Moss tone of voice.
  • Driving storytelling initiatives that strengthen customer connection and brand affinity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
