Turn Conversations Into Brand Experiences

Some people are naturally good at connecting with others. They can start a conversation, understand what someone needs, explain an idea clearly, and leave a positive impression.

At Relay Direct, we're looking for those people. As a Brand Engagement Executive, you'll become part of the customer-facing side of campaigns for established UK brands, helping them connect with new audiences through genuine, face-to-face interaction.

Where You'll Work

Forget spending every day behind the same desk. Our campaigns operate across different customer environments, including:

  • 🏠 Residential Campaigns
Connecting brands directly with customers within local communities.
  • 🎪 Events & Promotions
Engaging audiences at promotional events, shopping centres, and other live locations.
  • 🤝 B2B Campaigns
Introducing products and services to business customers and building professional relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Each environment requires a slightly different approach — giving you the opportunity to strengthen your confidence, adaptability, and communication skills.

Your Impact

You'll be responsible for creating the human connection between our partner brands and their potential customers. That means starting conversations, understanding customer needs, communicating campaign messages, answering questions, creating positive experiences, and helping turn customer interest into measurable results.

You'll also provide valuable feedback from the field, helping the wider team understand how customers are responding to each campaign.

What Matters to Us

Your previous job title matters less than how you work with people. We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Confidence — you're comfortable starting conversations.
  • Personality — you can build genuine rapport with different people.
  • Professionalism — you understand that you're representing another company's brand.
  • Adaptability — you can adjust your communication depending on the customer and environment.
  • Ambition — you're interested in developing beyond your starting position.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, events, or sales can be helpful, but it's not essential.

Learn While You Do

From your first weeks, you'll receive hands on training and regular coaching while gaining real campaign experience. Recognition, incentives, development opportunities, and potential travel opportunities are available to individuals who consistently perform and demonstrate the ability to take on greater responsibility.

Could This Be You?

If you'd rather build your career by meeting people, gaining practical experience, and developing real-world skills than sitting behind a desk all day, we'd be interested in meeting you.
