Brand Engagement Executive
We are looking for a Brand Engagement Executive to join our dynamic Private Shopping team at our iconic Knightsbridge store. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of Harrods Private Shopping, helping to deliver exclusive client experiences and foster luxury brand partnerships. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive individual eager to develop their career within a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
About the Role
Reporting to the Brand Engagement Manager, you will support the day-to-day delivery of the Brand Engagement function, connecting our clients with exclusive products, experiences, and opportunities through our luxury brand partners. You will coordinate activities that enable product access, client activations, and brand engagement initiatives for Harrods' most valued clients.
Working closely with teams across Private Shopping, Client Development, Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, and external brand partners, you will be instrumental in bringing activations, events, and commercial initiatives to life while upholding the exceptional standards that define the Harrods experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and exclusive client experiences
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and luxury brand partners to enable effective collaboration and communication
- Coordinating the sharing of client insights, product launches, and key business updates to support brand engagement and commercial opportunities
- Producing reports, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives
- Managing activity plans and project timelines, ensuring actions are delivered efficiently and to a consistently high standard

About You
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, thrives in a highly organised environment, and takes pride in ensuring every project and client initiative is delivered to an exceptional standard. You'll be naturally proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while building positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Previous experience in luxury retail, client services, operations, or a coordination-based role would be advantageous, but we're ultimately looking for someone who is eager to learn, brings a positive attitude, and has a genuine interest in luxury brands and client engagement.
You will also:
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Be a confident communicator who can build relationships across teams and with external partners
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
- Demonstrate strong administrative skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
- Be proactive, adaptable, and willing to support wherever needed
- Understand the importance of discretion and professionalism when working with high-profile clients and brands
