You will help shape how Cambridge Aerospace presents itself to customers, partners, investors, candidates and the wider defence industry as we continue to scale across the UK and Europe.

This is a highly hands-on role spanning brand, presentation design, events, digital content, photography and video. You will create high-quality marketing collateral and executive-level presentations, support major trade shows and company events, and help maintain a consistent and professional visual identity across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality marketing and brand materials across digital, print, recruitment, business development and event channels, maintaining consistent visual and brand standards
  • Design, format and maintain executive-level PowerPoint presentations for customers, partners, investors, board meetings, conferences and internal briefings, translating complex technical and commercial information into clear visual content

  • Create and manage digital content across the website, social media, email campaigns and employer brand activity, supporting wider commercial and recruitment objectives
  • Capture and edit professional photography and video for corporate communications, events, product showcases, social media and recruitment, including basic post-production and motion graphics

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
