Scope of the Role
We are looking for a Brand & Event Manager to lead the activation of our three brands in the UK market and to run our London Experience Lab as a commercial and community hub. This is a role for someone who understands that strong brands are built on consistency. Brand identity, positioning and creative direction are defined centrally by Simonelli Group HQ. Your job is to bring them to life in the UK with excellent execution, a strong events programme, and deep relationships across the British coffee community.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Activation and Governance
- Activate global brand campaigns and product launches in the UK, executing to Group brand standards
- Act as brand guardian for the UK market: ensure all locally used materials come from the Group brand portal and that any public-facing output is approved by HQ before release
- Manage the distinct positioning of three brands with three different audiences: Victoria Arduino, Nuova Simonelli, 3TEMP
- Feed UK market intelligence, customer insight and competitive activity back to HQ Marketing
Experience Lab
- Own the annual events calendar for the Experience Lab: product launches, training sessions, cuppings, dealer and chain customer sessions, roaster collaborations, barista and community events
- Manage the space day to day, including scheduling, set-up, hospitality, hosting and supplier coordination
- Grow the Lab as a commercial asset: qualified leads generated, demo-to-quotation conversion, utilisation rate, repeat visits from dealers and key accounts
- Host international guests, ambassadors and HQ colleagues visiting the UK

Events, Community and Relationships
- Plan and deliver UK trade shows, competitions, dealer events and customer-facing activity
- Build and maintain relationships with roasters, coffee shops, chains, dealers, industry bodies and the wider London coffee community
- Scout and propose local partners/collaborations out of the coffee scene as well
Digital and Campaign Delivery
- Manage UK social channels: community management, local storytelling and amplification, using Group-approved creative assets
- Coordinate paid activity for the UK in alignment with the Group digital plan
- Work with agencies, suppliers and external partners to deliver projects on time and on budget
Planning and Performance
- Build the annual UK marketing plan jointly with the Managing Director and the Group CMO
- Manage the local activation budget and report on spend
- Track and report performance against agreed KPIs, including Experience Lab activity
Key Competencies and Requirements
- Proven marketing experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in Ho.Re.Ca., coffee, food & beverage equipment or a premium B2B category
- Demonstrable experience running events, hospitality or a physical brand space, with the confidence to host and present
- Experience working in a matrix organization with dual reporting lines, and comfort operating within a centrally defined brand framework
- Ability to manage more than one brand with distinct audiences and tones of voice
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across local and international teams
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Experience working with agencies and external partners
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset, able to interpret performance data and turn it into actionable insight
- Excellent written and verbal English; Italian is a plus but not required
- Willingness to travel occasionally to HQ in Italy and to international trade shows
