Role: Brand Executive – Ossett

Salary: £33k-38k per annum DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am-17:15pm

Position Overview:

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a leading international manufacturer in their search for an experienced and creative Brand Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a globally recognised brand and play a key role in driving its presence across multiple markets.

As Brand Executive, you’ll support the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen market position, increase awareness, and engage audiences worldwide. Reporting into the Group Marketing Manager, you will work with colleagues across the UK and international offices, as well as cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and technical departments.

This role offers a unique blend of strategic input and hands-on campaign delivery, and would suit a marketing professional with strong brand management experience and a passion for bringing innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and refining the brand strategy, ensuring consistency of voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Plan and deliver engaging marketing campaigns to boost visibility and drive audience engagement.
  • Support product launch strategies in collaboration with sales and commercial teams.
  • Manage social media presence and content across all platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and consumer behaviours, using insights to inform strategy.
  • Monitor brand performance and campaign results, using data to guide future activity.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure a cohesive brand message.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in brand management, brand marketing, or a similar role.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to create and deliver impactful brand and marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of AI tools and how to leverage them for workflow efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work across teams and present ideas confidently.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Experience leading creative project teams from concept to delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in brand growth and awareness campaigns.
