About The Role
As a Brand Executive you will play a key role in the development and execution of Keyfix’s marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement across all high rise related masonry accessories. This position requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in B2B marketing, a solid understanding of the construction industry, and experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns. Working alongside a Senior Marketing team you will support the planning, delivery and execution of key brand initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Location: Cookstown
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45am-5.00pm and Friday 8.45am-3.30pm | On site
Occasional travel within NI, GB & ROI will be expected to help support and facilitate customer related events.
What You'll Be Doing
- Brand Campaigns - support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, taking ownership of specific activities and ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
- Creative Development - conceptual idea generation of visual and messaging through to final implementation.
- Video and CGI - agreeing brief, developing storyboard and script, overseeing production and editing.
- Technical and Promotional Literature - agreeing brief, organising copy both writing it and sourcing, organising photography, overseeing design, production and distribution.
- Advertising campaigns - agreeing message, organising and approving design, agreeing placement.
- Direct Mail - database management, production of mailing materials, organising fulfilment.
- Events - organising event and exhibition attendance and displays.
- Point of Sale - agreeing format and message, organising and approving design, production and distribution.
- Social Media - agreeing and setting up appropriate social channels, agreeing and organising messaging/content.
- PPC Campaigns - agree and plan PPC campaigns through the Google network (Google Adword, Google Display and Remarketing).
- Email marketing - plan and co-ordinate e-alert activity.
- Support the coordination of effective product launch strategies.
- Support the co-ordination of ongoing development of brand websites.
- Responsible for the effective use of CRM to enhance customer and consumer communications.
- To ensure the coordination of the apprenticeship support programme with customers.
- Effectively manage the work of external agencies and suppliers - creative, PR, digital - to ensure timely delivery of projects to budget, deadline and standards required.
- To complete any other task as is reasonably requested.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Recent relevant experience within a marketing or brand-focussed role within a manufacturing/construction related sector.
- Demonstrable experience managing social media channels and coordinating marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
- Ability to understand highly technical information and communicate it in a simplified, accessible way.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Passionate and hard-working with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
