Job Description

At Innovative Trials, we don't just market our services—we tell the stories of patients, sites and sponsors, and help how people understand and experience clinical research. We're looking for a creative, curious, and proactive Brand Experience Associate who loves storytelling, isn't afraid to challenge the status quo, and enjoys turning industry insights into engaging content and is just as keen to learn from the people around them.

This is not your typical marketing role. One day you might be interviewing a patient for a newsletter, the next you're researching emerging industry trends, supporting webinar campaigns, brainstorming bold new ideas with our Fractional Marketing Director, or creating social content that gets the industry talking. If you're naturally curious, love learning, and enjoy bringing ideas to life, we'd love to meet you.

Job Requirements

Essential:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a marketing, communications or content role (agency or in-house).
  • A track record of taking initiative and seeing ideas through, not just following instructions - happy to share examples at interview.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience managing social media platforms.
  • Confident using Canva or similar design software.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (or willing to learn).
  • Confident using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to speed up research and drafting - while keeping content genuinely human, in line with our brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
