Job Description:
As the Brand Experience Officer, you will support the Brand Experience Manager in delivering a best-in-class off-price and omni-channel customer experience across store and digital environments.
Working in a cross-functional capacity, you will help coordinate and execute brand experience initiatives, supporting the delivery of creative, consistent and commercially effective in-store and online communications. This role will focus on strong execution, organisation, and collaboration to ensure brand standards are upheld across all touchpoints.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support project delivery, maintain timelines, and ensure high-quality outputs aligned with business priorities. This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop their experience in brand, retail, and customer experience within a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:
- Support cross-functional collaboration with key business partners to deliver brand and trading initiatives
- Assist in building creative briefs and maintaining project plans and critical paths, ensuring key milestones are tracked and met
- Coordinate delivery of in-store and online initiatives, supporting timelines, approvals, and execution
- Work with the Brand Experience Manager to implement creative and strategic direction across projects
- Ensure consistent, on-brand execution of signage, digital, and merchandising communications
- Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to support development and rollout of creative assets
- Track project progress, flag risks or delays, and support problem-solving to ensure smooth delivery
- Support the collation of customer insights and data to inform initiatives and improve execution
- Assist with competitor reviews and market research, sharing insights with the wider team
- Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, Ecommerce, and Store teams
- Provide administrative and organisational support across multiple concurrent projects
What you'll bring:
- Experience in marketing, retail, or brand support role (internship or entry-level role acceptable)
- Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to follow processes while contributing ideas and improvements
- Interest in retail trends, customer experience, and brand execution
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Basic understanding of project coordination and delivery
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A proactive, positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Customer-first mindset with interest in off-price retail
