📢 We’re hiring: Brand & Growth Marketing Executive — Placement Year (8 months to 1 year)
Are you a creative, commercially minded marketing student looking for an industry placement where you can make a genuine impact?
Stack Solutions Marketplace is building a leading marketplace for self-employed sales professionals, connecting consultants with best-in-class technology, payments, finance, software and business solutions.
We are looking for a Brand & Growth Marketing Executive to join us for a university placement year. You’ll help shape how our brand appears online, grow our digital presence and support the recruitment of sales professionals across the UK and Ireland.
The role
This is a hands-on position with real responsibility from the beginning. You’ll work across brand development, social media, content creation, digital advertising and candidate acquisition.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping build and strengthen the Stack Solutions Marketplace brand online
- Planning and managing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other social channels
- Creating engaging written, graphic and video content
- Developing social-media campaigns to attract self-employed sales professionals
- Creating and managing Meta advertising campaigns
- Writing and publishing LinkedIn job advertisements
- Supporting paid and organic recruitment campaigns
- Producing creative campaign ideas, straplines and advertising copy
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice across every channel
- Monitoring campaign performance, engagement, leads and conversions
- Testing different audiences, creatives and messages
- Supporting email-marketing and consultant-engagement campaigns
- Helping promote marketplace products, incentives, events and success stories
- Researching marketing trends, competitors and new growth opportunities
- Working with our commercial and marketplace teams to turn business priorities into effective campaigns

Who we’re looking for
- A university student seeking a marketing-related industrial placement year
- Studying marketing, digital marketing, advertising, communications, business or a related subject
- Creative, organised and comfortable working independently
- A confident writer with strong attention to detail
- Interested in social media, branding, content and digital advertising
- Familiar with platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- An understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Canva or similar tools would be beneficial
- Commercially aware and interested in technology, marketplaces and business growth
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
- Keen to contribute ideas and take ownership of projects
