Salary: £26,671 plus benefits (annual bonus, product allowance, 34 days of holiday, private pension scheme, share purchase, and many more)

About the Function
Our Scotland Brand Homes bring our iconic whisky brands to life through immersive storytelling, world-class hospitality, and unforgettable visitor experiences.
Whether welcoming visitors to one of our renowned distilleries or guiding them through the story of our brands, our teams inspire people from around the world to discover the craft, heritage, and character behind Scotch whisky.

You'll join a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every visitor. Together, you'll combine exceptional hospitality, engaging storytelling, and premium service to ensure every guest leaves with a lasting connection to our brands.
About the Role
As a Brand Home Guide, you'll be the face of one of our iconic visitor experiences. You'll welcome guests from around the world, deliver engaging tours and tastings, and create memorable experiences through exceptional customer service, storytelling, and genuine passion for our brands.

- Deliver engaging guided tours and tasting experiences that bring our brands, heritage, and whisky-making process to life.
- Welcome visitors with exceptional customer service while supporting ticket sales and promoting the full Brand Home experience.
- Provide outstanding service across retail and food & beverage, including merchandising, replenishment, and product recommendations.
- Support the planning and delivery of special events and visitor experiences throughout the year.
- Act as a passionate ambassador for Diageo and our brands, creating memorable experiences for every visitor.
- Work collaboratively across the Brand Home to maintain exceptional operational and customer service standards.

Experience / Skills Required
This could be the right opportunity for you if you have:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service within hospitality, tourism, retail, or another customer-facing environment.
- A friendly, engaging, and confident communication style with a genuine enthusiasm for meeting people from around the world.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to create memorable and personalized experiences.
- A positive, resilient, and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Previous experience leading tours or knowledge of Scotch whisky would be beneficial but isn't essential. We'll provide all the training you need to become a knowledgeable ambassador for our brands.
