This role is ideal for someone with experience in brand, innovation, project, or account management who enjoys bringing new ideas to market and working cross-functionally to deliver business growth.

Client Details

A company in the FMCG industry located in Surrey

Description

  • Lead end-to-end projects across business continuity, regulatory updates, product development, renovation, and innovation.
  • Manage packaging and artwork changes resulting from regulatory, compliance, formulation, and fragrance updates.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance innovation and artwork processes.
  • Support innovation launches from concept development through to market delivery.
  • Develop recommendations and business cases to support decision-making and governance approvals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Regulatory, Creative, and Operations.
  • Identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and potential areas for growth through insights and analysis.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to overall business objectives.

Profile

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects.

You will ideally have:

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) and experience within Brand Management, Account Management, Innovation, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting or leading product launches, innovation projects, or commercial initiatives.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
  • A creative mindset with an appreciation for branding, packaging, and design.
  • FMCG, consumer goods, or retail experience (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insight into action.
  • The ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation and manage competing priorities.
