Brand Insight Manager

London / Hybrid (3 days a week)

We’re looking for an experienced Brand Insight Manager to join a major global organisation on an initial 3-6 month contract.

This is a strategic, insight-led role focused on turning complex marketing and campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve brand performance. You’ll work closely with senior brand stakeholders and cross-functional teams across multiple markets and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand-specific insights to support target setting and campaign evaluation across regional markets
  • Analyse performance across the marketing funnel, identifying relevant benchmarks, trends and opportunities
  • Translate complex marketing data into clear strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Lead campaign performance reviews and ensure reporting delivers meaningful, actionable insights
  • Identify data capture and reporting issues and drive greater consistency across markets
  • Develop centralised reporting and presentations showcasing regional campaign performance
  • Build and implement measurement frameworks to support a strong test-and-learn culture
  • Partner with CRM, digital, website and wider marketing teams to improve brand performance
  • Conduct proactive analysis to identify growth opportunities and influence future brand strategy
  • Build strong relationships with senior brand and marketing stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in brand analytics, marketing insights, marketing effectiveness or campaign analytics
  • Proven ability to turn data into commercially relevant insights and strategic recommendations
  • Strong understanding of campaign measurement and marketing performance
  • Experience working across multiple markets or within a global/regional organisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, including exposure to senior marketing leadership
  • Experience developing measurement frameworks and supporting test-and-learn initiatives
  • Familiarity with marketing data and reporting platforms – Growth OS experience would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
