Key Objectives of the Role
Yugo is the first global student housing brand and operator created to address the needs of students and support them through university life and beyond. With a footprint in 14 countries, 280+ properties and 160,000 student beds our promise is simple: ‘Live Your Best Life'. It's our global commitment and offering to helping students flourish: personally, professionally, and socially, through the place that they live.
We do this through three pillars:
- YuPro - Equipping students with careers skills, networks, and opportunities.
- YuGrow - Supporting personal development, wellbeing, and self-discovery.
- YugoEco - Connecting students to something bigger, through sustainability and social impact.
Because learning well and living well are inseparable. And when you put students first, you create an environment where students thrive, not only build occupancy, but a lifelong brand affinity that travels with students beyond graduation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
