Job Description
I’m looking for someone who knows how to launch a premium physical product.
But more importantly, I’m looking for someone who f8cking loves HYROX and fitness racing. Someone as obsessed as the rest of us.
IN8TE launches on October 3rd.
What We've Built
- We’ve built the product, and it's world class.
- We’ve built the community.
- 1,500+ athletes are on the waitlist.
- We have 60+ athlete partners creating content.
- We have the assets.
- We have the launch date.
But I’m not going to pretend we’ve got everything right. We haven’t.
What We Need
Our current social and creator setup is a mess. It's like a crap soup of everything exciting that we are working on.
And that's exactly why I'm looking for someone.
I want someone to come in, rip the current setup apart, tell me what we're doing wrong, why it's not working, what we're missing, and what needs to change. Someone that isn't afraid to push in past crowds to capture our elites racing and their emotions post race. Someone that won't be afraid to pitch a famous athlete to join our raceteam or to shoot content.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Then build the system that gets us from where we are now to the stratosphere, and we have 3 weeks. And very little budget. Until launch that is, and we have ensured it will be successful with our waitlist and athlete partnerships.
Our Achievements
I should say, we have built some amazing systems to help. This week we onboarded 800 people onto the waitlist - 0 ad spend. All hustle.
What We're Looking For
Ideally, You should have actually launched a premium physical consumer product before.
Performance apparel or sports is a huge bonus.
But the most important thing?
- You love Hyrox or at least fitness racing.
- You understand the athletes.
- You understand the culture.
- You know what people share.
- You know how to create hype without throwing money at it.

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
I don't want someone to come in and simply execute our existing strategy.
I want you to challenge it.
- Tell us what's shit.
- Tell us what's missing.
- Tell us what you'd stop doing.
- Tell us what you'd start doing.
- Tell us what you'd build.
Then help us make it happen.
And there's a bigger opportunity here.
If we smash the launch, the freelance project doesn't end on October 3rd.
We're looking for the person who can become Head of Social & Creators at IN8TE, full-time, and build this function from the ground up.
How to Apply
So if you're interested, don't send me a CV full of buzzwords.
- Show me something you've launched.
- Tell me what you did.
- Tell me what worked.
- Tell me what didn't.
And most importantly:
- Tell me what we're doing wrong.
DM me, Call me, Call my mam - get to me if you can help.
October 3rd. Let's take IN8TE to the stratosphere. Then let's have some fun.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
