It will also include creative builds for external events including flagship events like Rising and internal kickoffs or other key milestones.
This role is pivotal as we have an ongoing need to develop our website and our design/template/brand approach so that both are consistent and sales, customers and partners see a strong level of commonality as they review all the BoM materials from Kainos. You will work closely with Sales, GTM Activation roles, Product & Product Marketing and the Content team to do this.
You’ll be a subject matter expert in evolving web and content to align with commercial expectations and in particular, how to adapt and change the Kainos Workday Products web presence to act as a first-class pre-sales engine for the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
