About the Company

YIBI HANTANG is looking for a London-based Brand Licensing & Partnerships Manager to develop relationships with brand owners, licensing agencies, retailers, manufacturers, and commercial partners across the UK and Europe.

About the Role

The role focuses on identifying licensing opportunities, building relevant industry connections, and supporting partnerships from initial contact through to commercial discussion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with brand owners, licensing agencies, retailers, manufacturers, and distributors.
  • Identify new licensing and category development opportunities.
  • Qualify potential partners and maintain an organised business pipeline.
  • Support partnership proposals, presentations, meetings, and follow-up.
  • Represent YIBI HANTANG at relevant licensing, retail, and consumer product events.
  • Share market insights and partnership updates with the internal team.

Qualifications

Experience in brand licensing, partnerships, business development, retail, consumer products, fashion, entertainment, or a related field.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good commercial awareness and the ability to assess partnership potential.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Existing UK or European industry connections are an advantage.
  • Mandarin Chinese or experience working with Asian markets is beneficial but not essential.
