Location: Central Oxford (across the Gardens, Libraries and Museums sites)
Hours: Part time, 16.4 hours per week (0.4 FTE), 2 days a week
Contract type: Fixed-term for 2 years
Grade: Grade 4: £28,437-£32,108 per annum
About The Role
You will join the Gardens, Libraries and Museums (GLAM) Divisional Office at an exciting stage in the development of its brand licensing programme, which brings together University of Oxford and GLAM trademarks to grow revenue and engage global audiences. You will support the day-to-day management of licensing partnerships, helping to maintain strong partner relationships, high product standards and consistent brand presentation.
You will support existing licensees and the onboarding of new partners, track contract milestones, renewals and royalty reporting deadlines, and maintain accurate licensing records. You will also coordinate product approvals, check products, packaging and marketing materials against brand guidelines, support sales and royalty reporting, and assist with marketing activity, trade shows and industry events.
About You
You will have strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines while working independently. You will also have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Experience in licensing, brand management, retail, marketing or consumer products would be an advantage, as would knowledge of intellectual property, trademarks and licensing agreements, sales analysis and reporting, or client management and contract negotiation.
