Role Overview

The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for wholesale partners, funded staff and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, accurate administration and excellent execution. They will build strong relationships, proactively solve problems and ensure that staffing, payments, uniforms, training and operational processes are managed efficiently.

  • Supporting the team in the implementation of RL retail strategies within wholesale- actively evolving the retail principles and expectation of our wholesale accounts into a successful model.
  • Supporting team in evolving our partner retail teams through recruitment, training and monitoring.
  • Coordinating all aspects of the day-to-day “funded staff” and ensuring that the funded staff members are at the right place, at the right value, in correct uniform.
  • Supporting the team with monitoring retail performance information gathering on funded corners i.e. Uniform sizing and funded staff records.
  • Liaising with the team and department store accounts to ensure payments for agreements are placed and correct.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering an outstanding experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Build strong and trusted relationships with wholesale partners, department stores, funded employees and internal teams. Act as a primary point of contact for staffing-related matters across wholesale accounts.
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, providing timely updates on vacancies, staffing changes, uniforms, invoices and operational requirements. Work closely with field leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of Ralph Lauren standards.
  • Partner with wholesale accounts to ensure vacancies are communicated promptly and support actions are implemented where required.

Account Management & Engagement

  • Monitor staffing vacancies and support follow-up actions with wholesale partners.
  • Support onboarding activities for new funded employees, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Ensure funded employees have the information, tools and resources required to perform successfully in their role.
  • Maintain accurate staffing records, account information and employee documentation.
  • Support the planning and execution of training events, meetings and engagement initiatives for funded teams, including logistics and communications.
  • Support the team with Special Projects on the ground.

Operations & Administration

  • Manage purchase order and invoice processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely completion. Maintain tracking systems and reporting tools to ensure all records remain up to date.
  • Coordinate incentive payments and ensure they are processed accurately and on time.
  • Support uniform ordering, allocation and distribution for funded employees.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and increase efficiency.

Retail Excellence

  • Help create a positive and engaging employee experience that reflects Ralph Lauren's values and culture.
  • Support the implementation of Ralph Lauren retail standards and brand expectations across wholesale partners.
  • Maintain visibility within stores to strengthen partnerships and understand operational needs.
  • Champion RL best practices and support the delivery of an elevated customer experience.
  • Gather feedback from stores and stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Exposure to staffing, employee engagement, training or onboarding activities.
  • Experience managing invoices, purchase orders or operational administration.
  • Experience coordinating projects, events or multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for luxury retail, fashion and premium customer experiences.

Additional Requirement

  • Flexibility to travel within the UK and Ireland as business needs require, including visits to wholesale partners, stores, training events and company meetings.
