Brand Manager
You will have the opportunity to build consumer brands, drive growth, and lead innovative marketing campaigns.

This organisation operates within the FMCG industry and is based in Hampshire.
Description
As a Brand Manager your Key Responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to drive market share and consumer engagement.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to support brand initiatives.
- Manage budgets and monitor campaign effectiveness to ensure optimal ROI.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Track competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Report on brand performance and propose actionable recommendations for improvement.

Profile
A successful Brand Manager should have:
- Proven experience in brand management within the FMCG industry.
- A strong understanding of market research and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
