⭐️ Brand Marketing Manager

📍 London (Hybrid 2x pw)
💰 £45,000 to £60,000 + Perks

Our client is a rapidly growing multi-category food & drink business, building and scaling an exciting portfolio of premium consumer brands across the UK and internationally. With significant investment behind both brands and ambitions to grow the portfolio to 4–5 brands, they are now looking for an exceptional Brand Marketing Manager to help bring ambitious marketing plans to life. This role is all about brilliant execution. You’ll take campaigns, launches, events, sampling, partnerships and creative projects and make sure every moving part comes together i.e on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard. 🚀

Role & Responsibilities: 📋

  • 🚀 Project Manage Brand & NPD Campaigns

    • Own the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across all brands, coordinating timelines, budgets, stakeholders and agencies from initial idea through to execution.
  • 📣 Deliver Standout Brand Activations

    • Bring campaigns to life across ATL, OOH, paid media, PR, sampling and retail, ensuring activity is brilliantly executed across every touchpoint.
  • 🎪 Own Events & Experiential

    • Plan and execute trade shows, retailer activations, food & drink events, from stock and staffing through to production, logistics and delivery.
  • 🥂 Build Brilliant Brand Partnerships

    • Identify and execute relevant collaborations with complementary consumer brands, creating partnerships that drive awareness, trial and cultural relevance.

  • 📦 Lead Sampling & Community Activation

    • Manage large-scale sampling and seeding programmes, working with agencies and internal teams to get the right product into the right hands.
  • 📱 Manage Influencer & Creator Activity

    • Identify on-brand UK creators and influencers, manage gifting and relationships and ensure partnerships deliver relevant, engaging content.
  • 🎨 Coordinate Creative & Brand Assets

    • Brief and project manage artwork, POS, campaign assets, photography and video, ensuring everything is delivered accurately, on-brand and on time.
  • 💰 Manage Budgets & Measure Performance

    • Take ownership of key marketing budget lines, tracking spend and evaluating campaigns, partnerships, events and activations to improve future activity.

Do you have the following to apply? ✅

  • Exceptional Project Management: Highly organised, methodical and comfortable managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines and budgets simultaneously.
  • Brand Marketing: Strong understanding of consumer brands and what great brand execution looks like, ideally gained within FMCG, food & drink, lifestyle or another fast-moving consumer category.
  • Events: Hands-on experience delivering events, activations & trade shows and happy to roll your sleeves up when required.
  • Budget Management: Comfortable owning marketing budget lines and keeping projects tightly controlled financially.
  • Agency & Partner Management: Confident briefing and managing creative, production, sampling or other external partners.
  • Influencer & Community: Good instinct for identifying creators, communities and partnerships that genuinely fit a brand.
  • Creative Appreciation: You don't need to be the designer, but you understand great creative and can effectively brief and manage artwork, POS, photography and content.
  • Hands-On Mentality: Someone who will happily move between presenting a campaign plan and making sure the stock, staff and assets are physically where they need to be.
  • Entrepreneurial Energy: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambitious business where priorities move quickly and everyone gets involved.
