Location: Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Leeds
Salary: Competitive Salary plus bonus
As a Brand Manager for our Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles dealership in Leeds, you will lead and inspire the team to deliver our mission, ensuring high levels of colleague and customer satisfaction and engagement at all times.
With a hands-on yet strategic approach, you will be fully immersed in the day-to-day operations while setting the vision for long-term growth.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational activity of the site, driving a culture of high performance and excellence.
- Leading, managing and developing the team to elevate their performance and behaviours whilst delivering results.
- Ensure appropriate resource management to deliver the highest level of customer experience.
- Creating a better than average customer experience using Brand measures versus National Averages as your context, increasing customer retention and loyalty utilising root cause analysis and improvement plans.
- Working the wider JCT600 division to ensure alignment, shared success, and consistent delivery of exceptional results.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience of leading and managing a successful sales team, ideally within the motor industry.
- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Strong ability to lead, influence and coach others into delivering results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
- A driving license free from excessive penalties.
