Experienced Brand Manager to lead one of the world's most respected luxury fragrance brands. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the brand's UK strategy, delivering commercial growth while maintaining the exceptional standards and prestige.

Description

  • Deliver the annual UK brand plan and commercial objectives
  • Manage product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends and retailer opportunities
  • Manage budgets, forecasting and performance reporting
  • Work closely with Sales, Retail, PR, Digital and Visual Merchandising teams
  • Act as the primary contact for the global team in relation to UK activity
  • Ensure brand consistency and luxury positioning across all channels

Profile

  • Previous Brand Management experience within luxury fragrance, beauty or a premium consumer brand
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • Experience delivering successful marketing campaigns and launches
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
