This role offers an agile 3,2 working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
As we try to reduce our carbon footprint and adapt our styles of working, pladis global’s amazing head office in Chiswick Park offers great public transport links, agile working spaces, with both meeting and training rooms, as well as formal and informal workstations. The park also offers great restaurants and services for everything you need to suit your day.
We do offer parking within Chiswick Park, which is limited and booked on a first come first serve basis, however if you must drive there are also other options outside of the business park itself.

What will this role achieve?
As a Brand Manager you will be accountable for driving the development and the implementation of the brand strategy, working with our commercial teams to develop growth plans, developing and delivering compelling and distinctive brand marketing programmes, and above all building marketing leading brands that people talk about.
The Brand Manager plays a role in making things happen, in inspiring, persuading, and gaining commitment for his / her projects across different functions and different work levels. You will need to have the confidence to present to Director and UK Exec level on a frequent basis.
The role will handle the overall revenue and profit delivery of a brand portfolio.
The role holder will develop, drive and implement the strategic marketing plan for the portfolio, ensuring short and long term financial targets are achieved.
What will be your key deliverables?
- Lead part of the brand portfolio, monitoring performance, recommending actions and motivating teams and other functions to drive brand performance
- Work with the line manager to define and deliver 3 year strategic plan
- Develop annual plan for area of responsibility and Delivery of brand strategy & plans to meet business sales and profit targets in line with Brand Planning process and pladis UK performance important metrics.
- Regularly review plan and performance throughout the year, taking appropriate remedial action
- Emphasis on using data and insights to drive projects and further develop the brand
- Work with manager and cross agency team to deliver integrated marketing initiatives
- Own the development and delivery of innovation and renovation projects for area of responsibility as the need arises to deliver annual plan. Including project management, leading cross functional teams and projects through monthly gate reviews to gain alignment.
- Act as brand and consumer champion within pladis UK
- Manage the development of strong integrated marketing plans, as appropriate across OOH, digital, social media, in-store. Commercially manage your portfolio or area of brand responsibility in order to hit performance targets
- Development of brand plan, identify market opportunities for brand growth based on a clear understanding of consumer insight and the competitive landscape. Build a commercially strong brand plan to deliver brand growth and share gain.
- Lead cross functional teams to deliver ongoing brand building and sales driving programmes, including in-store activation and new product launches.
- Engage and persuade others to gain commitment to key initiatives without reliance on formal authority. Inspire our commercial teams to deliver for the job holder’s respective brand.
- Form strong working relationships with technical development and supply chain on the development of brand renovation projects.
