We build brilliant brands for everyone else. Now we want one for ourselves.
Here's our confession.
We're a certified Shopify Plus, BigCommerce B2B and Klaviyo partner. We run e-commerce and marketing for seven and eight figure brands. We've built our own software products. We're very, very good at making other people look sharp, sell more and show up properly.
And like every agency on earth, we've spent years putting ourselves last.
Not any more. We're hiring a Brand Manager whose entire job is us. One client. One brand. One remit: make Bspoq look, sound and feel like the premium operator we actually are.
The single best thing about this role
You will never touch a client account.
- No timesheets against someone else's retainer.
- No pausing your work because a client escalated.
- No pouring your best thinking into a brand that isn't yours.
Bspoq is your only account. Everything you build, you get to see through, refine, and be genuinely proud of.
What you'll own
Simply: if it's got our name on it, it's yours.
- The brand itself. Our identity, our tone, our positioning, the whole feel of the thing. We want premium, and we want it to be unmistakeable. You're the guardian and the driving force behind it.
- Our website. Not just keeping it alive. Making it a proper shop window for what we do.
- Content and social. Across every channel we're on and the ones you decide we should be on.
- Outbound comms.
- Newsletters, campaigns, announcements, the things that keep us front of mind with the people who matter.
- Paid media is on the table too if that's your strength.
- Brand assets and sales collateral. Decks, proposals, case studies, one-pagers. The documents that win work. Right now they're good. You'll make them exceptional.
- Partner marketing. We work closely with some of the biggest platforms in e-commerce. There's real scope here for co-branded activations, joint campaigns and events.
- If you've ever wanted to build something with a tech partner's logo next to yours, this is the seat to do it from.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll have a dedicated budget to make it happen and direct access to the business owners. No layers, no committee, no waiting three weeks for a decision.
The part we care about most:
We're not looking for someone to maintain what already exists.
We want the person who turns up in month three with an idea nobody asked for, backs it with a reason, and asks for the budget to run it. The person who spots that our proposals could be doing more work, or that there's a channel we're sleeping on, or that our whole approach to a thing is five years out of date.
Bring us the "why don't we..." Repeatedly. That's the job.
You'll be a great fit if you have
- A degree or professional qualification in marketing or a closely related field
- 3+ years in the industry, with real hands-on delivery behind you
- A genuine understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing, because you'll be marketing to people who live in it
- Strong brand instincts and the confidence to hold the line on them
- The self-direction to run your own roadmap without someone building it for you
- Comfort working directly with founders, which means straight talking, fast feedback and proper ownership

The practical bits
- Hours: Full-time or part-time. We'd rather have the right person for four days than the wrong person for five. Early bird or night owl, we're happy as long as you're getting the job done.
- Where: Based in our Aberdeen office, with flexibility for hybrid working. We like having people in the room, but we're not precious about it being everyday.
- Start date: Whenever suits you. We're hiring for the right person, not the fastest available one.
- Perks: Gym membership, on-site parking, regular bonuses, extended holiday allowance and a great bunch of people to work with.
Sound like you?
Send us your CV and something that shows how you think. A short note on what you'd change about our brand in your first ninety days will get our attention far faster than a covering letter that tells us you're passionate and detail-oriented.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
