Interim Brand Manager (DACH)

£350-£400 per day
Inside IR35
Central London | Hybrid, ideally 1–3 days on-site

Our client is a fast-growing FMCG business with an established international presence and a strong track record of bringing premium products to consumers across the UK, Europe and wider markets. With continued growth across Germany and the wider DACH region, this is an opportunity to join at an important stage of expansion and help turn established marketing plans into high-quality local execution. You’ll work closely with international, commercial and German-market stakeholders, bringing practical market insight and delivery expertise to campaigns and innovation activity.

Role Highlights

  • Lead the local rollout of brand campaigns and innovation plans across Germany and selected international activity.
  • Adapt UK-developed strategies to reflect German consumer behaviour, retail dynamics and market opportunities.
  • Deliver both consumer-facing brand activation and trade/shopper marketing across grocery channels.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders across German-market, international and commercial teams.
  • Provide immediate execution support, keeping priorities moving with minimal onboarding or strategic direction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
