The role will ensure Godiva presents a consistent, distinctive and premium brand experience across all global markets, channels and touchpoints.

Working at the centre of brand building, the role will translate brand strategy into effective execution by creating communication platforms, campaign materials, content plans and toolkits that enable markets to activate the Godiva brand locally while maintaining global consistency. The role will strengthen brand equity, improve mental availability, support innovation launches and contribute to commercial growth through impactful and effective communications.

The position will also act as a key connector between Brand, Design, Category, Commercialisation and regional teams, ensuring communications are aligned, scalable and delivered to the highest standards.

What will be your key deliverables?

  • Support the development and execution of global communication platforms, campaigns and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Create and manage global communication toolkits, playbooks and asset libraries to support market activation.
  • Develop campaign briefs and coordinate agency partners to deliver high-quality communication assets on time and within agreed standards.
  • Build and manage content plans and calendars across retail, ecommerce, CRM, social media, digital and other customer touchpoints.
  • Support the delivery of global seasonal campaigns, product launches and key brand moments.
  • Coordinate the creation, review and deployment of communication assets, ensuring alignment with Godiva's premium brand positioning and distinctive assets.
  • Support creator, influencer, PR and content partnership programmes that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Partner closely with Design teams to ensure all communications are visually distinctive, consistent and recognisably Godiva.
  • Collaborate with Category and Commercialisation teams to integrate communication requirements into innovation and portfolio plans.
  • Provide local markets with activation guidance, localisation frameworks and launch readiness support.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with creative, content, PR and influencer agencies, including timelines, feedback and approvals.
  • Track campaign performance, communication effectiveness and asset utilisation, identifying opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • Capture and share best practices and learnings across regions to improve marketing effectiveness and execution quality globally.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
