ABOUT HG

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a start-up premium ice cream business at a very exciting stage on its growth journey. The business has more than doubled in size in the last 2 years and we have set a business plan to grow a further three fold in the next 3 years.

The product is superior to Haagan Daz and Ben & Jerrys and the reaction we get from consumers is amazing, with WOW being the most commonly used word! The experts also agree. We now have 103 Great Taste Stars across our range including the coveted 3 star award on some of our gelatos. We make all the product ourselves in our factory in East London. We have invested significantly in the factory and we have plenty of capacity headroom for growth.

We have a good distribution base in Foodservice, which is no surprise as the product was originally created to meet the demands of Michelin Stared restaurants. We are listed in many leading restaurants e.g. we are the sole supplier of gelato to Gordon Ramseys restaurant estate, and we work collaboratively with his team on innovation. We are building a network of wholesalers and distributors, and we are starting to get traction in our focus channels of eating out, travel, entertainment and leisure. Out of Home is critical to our future plans.

In parallel we are building our in-home consumption. We have been at the forefront of On-Demand retail with listings and strong support in all the major players. We are national in Tesco, Sainsbury, Waitrose, Ocado and Co-op with rates of sale building consistently.

We have a strong and driven management team, a passionate investor base, a clear and focussed business plan and the founders are still very much part of the business and continue to take a lead on innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
