Role: Brand Manager – Luxury Beauty & Fragrance
Location: Surrey, 4 days on site
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover - 12 months
We're working with a well-established business in the premium beauty sector to find a Brand Manager to take ownership of a key luxury fragrance brand in the UK during a period of maternity cover. This isn't purely a marketing role. It's a hands-on, commercially focused brand role with real ownership of the UK business.
You'll work directly with the international team, and the environment is lean and fast-moving, so you'll move between strategy, numbers, retailer plans, launches and day-to-day delivery without a large team around you.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing local brand activity, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved while maintaining the positioning and integrity of a premium fragrance offering.
This is a broad, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working across commercial planning, retail development, product launches and marketing execution. You’ll need to be comfortable working autonomously, managing competing priorities and turning business insights into practical actions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
