Brand Manager – Women’s Health - London

Hybrid working, two days in the office

The company

Our client is an established international pharmaceutical company with a specialist focus in women’s health. The business offers a collaborative and agile environment where marketing plays an important role in driving customer engagement and commercial performance.

The opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious pharmaceutical marketer to take greater ownership of a women’s health brand. It could suit an established Associate Brand Manager ready to step up or a Brand Manager seeking broader responsibility within an international organisation.

The role

You will develop and deliver brand plans designed to increase customer engagement, market share and commercial performance. Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing brand positioning, strategy and annual tactical plans
  • Creating and executing integrated campaigns, with a strong focus on digital channels
  • Using market research, customer insight and performance data to guide decisions
  • Collaborating with global colleagues and adapting global strategy and content for the UK market
  • Managing compliant promotional materials and external agencies
  • Supporting product launch planning and implementation
  • Working cross-functionally with Sales, Medical and Regulatory colleagues
  • Managing budgets and evaluating campaign effectiveness

The right person

You will bring pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience, ideally gained as an Associate Brand Manager or Brand Manager. You should be able to demonstrate:

  • Ownership of brand tactics from planning through to evaluation
  • Experience developing and delivering digital and omnichannel campaigns
  • Exposure to global markets or experience working with international teams
  • Strong cross-functional and agency management skills
  • The ability to interpret customer, market and campaign performance data
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and the ABPI Code
  • The ambition and capability to take greater ownership of a brand

Previous women’s health experience would be advantageous but is not essential
