This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's most recognised consumer brands within FMCG. With nationwide retail distribution, strong brand awareness and ambitious growth plans, this business is looking for a commercially-minded Brand Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping its next chapter. Role & Responsibilities: 📋
- Brand Campaigns & Activations
Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, brand activations and seasonal initiatives from concept through to delivery. - Retailer & Commercial Presentations
Develop compelling retailer presentations, NPD decks and commercial proposals, confidently presenting to major grocery customers. - Agency & Stakeholder Management
Manage external agency partners and work cross-functionally with Creative, Sales and wider business teams to deliver best-in-class execution. - New Product Development
Support the end-to-end NPD process, coordinating launches, campaign plans and post-launch reviews. - Project Management
Own multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring activity is delivered on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard. - Brand Performance
Manage marketing budgets, monitor campaign performance and use insight to continually improve future activity.

- Salary: £40,000 to £50,000
- 20% Bonus

Do you have the following to apply? ✅
- Brand Management Experience: FMCG or consumer brand background.
- Commercially Minded: Able to balance creativity with commercial outcomes.
- Retailer Presentation Skills: Confident presenting to major grocery retailers and senior stakeholders.
- Campaign & Agency Management: Experienced delivering integrated campaigns through external partners.
- Exceptional Project Management: Able to prioritise, organise and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ownership & Drive: A proactive self-starter with real urgency and accountability.
- Storytelling & Communication: Able to turn insight into compelling presentations and brand stories.
- NPD Experience: Exposure to product launches or the end-to-end NPD process is advantageous.
- Adaptable & Resilient: Comfortable influencing a wide range of personalities in a fast-paced environment.
