Brand Manager
Leeds (Hybrid Working - 3 days office, 2 days home)
Salary: Up to £50,000 Basic + Company Benefits
Our client is a fast-growing consumer brand with a strong presence across retail, e-commerce, and digital channels. Known for innovation, creativity, and customer-centric product development, they are looking to appoint an experienced Brand Manager to drive brand growth.
As Brand Manager, you will take ownership of the brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and execution across all consumer touchpoints. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for delivering brand campaigns, managing product launches, and leading one direct report.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and PR channels.
- Manage the full product launch lifecycle, from concept through to market execution.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and external agency partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor one direct report, supporting their development and performance.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Oversee marketing budgets and campaign spend.

- Must have proven experience working in a similar Brand Manager or Product Marketing/Consumer Marketing role.
- Previous experience working within a consumer, FMCG, retail, personal care sector is desirable.
- Experience managing and developing at least one direct report.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign management, and consumer marketing.
- Commercially aware with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
- Degree-qualified in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
