Please note that this is an office-based position in Mayfair and is not a remote or hybrid role.

The Opportunity

A fast-growing premium hospitality group is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join its head office team and help shape the future of its portfolio of restaurants and bars.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines creative brand thinking with strong commercial awareness. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, you will support the development, positioning and activation of several distinctive hospitality brands, helping to increase awareness, strengthen guest engagement and drive commercial performance.

You will work across established venues and new concepts, giving you the opportunity to influence brands at different stages of their growth.

The Role

As Brand Manager, you will help shape, develop and protect the identity of the group's brands while delivering creative campaigns and initiatives across digital, social media, PR, print and physical guest touchpoints.

You will collaborate with restaurant teams, creative partners and the wider marketing department to ensure every interaction reflects the quality, personality and positioning of each brand.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and able to balance strategic brand development with hands-on campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual brand plans and marketing strategies across a portfolio of restaurant and bar brands.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent positioning, tone of voice and visual identity across every guest touchpoint.
  • Plan, deliver and evaluate integrated campaigns across digital, social media, PR and print.
  • Work closely with social media, digital marketing and PR teams to deliver consistent and engaging brand messaging.
  • Support new restaurant openings, concept launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity.
  • Help develop the positioning, storytelling and creative direction of existing and new concepts.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, photographers, designers and other creative suppliers.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, menus, point-of-sale materials and brand assets.
  • Manage agreed marketing budgets and ensure activity delivers a strong return on investment.
  • Analyse campaign and brand performance, producing regular reports using relevant marketing metrics.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify hospitality trends and new opportunities.
  • Maintain brand consistency across the full online and offline guest journey.
  • Organise photoshoots, content production, brand activations and promotional events.
  • Work closely with restaurant management teams on local marketing initiatives while maintaining wider brand standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
