Company Description

Gymkit UK is a leading UK distributor of high-quality fitness, wellness, and health club equipment and interiors. As the exclusive UK partner for Fit Interiors, Gymkit UK supplies Italian-designed lockers, reception desks, showers, and health club furniture to prestigious clubs across Europe. The company also distributes innovative fitness brands such as Peak Pilates, Renpho, Teeter, and R3NU.

Role Description

The Brand Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Peterborough, responsible for developing and implementing Gymkit UK’s brand strategy across products, services, and customer touchpoints. This role involves managing brand positioning for key retail partners and overseeing visual identity and messaging across digital and social platforms.

The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to plan campaigns, create promotional content, and support the launch of new products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include:

Qualifications

  • Brand management and marketing skills, including experience in developing brand strategies, positioning, and integrated campaigns.
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and channels.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, websites, and basic analytics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, design, and operations teams, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Relevant experience in fitness, wellness, interiors, or consumer products sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Comfort working on-site in Peterborough and engaging directly with clients, suppliers, and partners.
